Q & A
Data Management

Q: How do your Data Management solutions integrate with existing business systems to optimize data accessibility and decision-making?

Q1- What is Meta Analysis and How Does it Differ from a Traditional Literature Review

The Data Management products that we deliver are designed so that companies can easily incorporate them into their current infrastructure to enhance their ability to access, understand and utilize the information they have available to them when making decisions. We accomplish this by doing five things:

1. System Integration

Connect existing enterprise systems (such as CRM, ERP and HRM) to our Data Management product via Middleware and API’s so that the transfer of data between systems occurs in real time and does not interfere with day-to day operations of the enterprise.

2. Data Synchronization

Data Management products support data synchronization across multiple systems in real time. All changes made to one system will immediately be reflected in the other systems, eliminating the possibility of creating inconsistent data, allowing users to obtain real-time accurate information.

3. Centralized Data Access

A single location for all data collected by an enterprise is established through the implementation of a central repository where all data can be accessed at one location, therefore providing users with a more efficient method to locate the information they are looking for. Additionally, it allows users to retrieve the information they need to make informed decisions more quickly.

4. Role based access control

Role based access control is a key component of Data Management products, which restricts user access to only those users who have been given permission to access the information contained within the system. The role-based access control feature allows individuals who are authorized to view and/or perform actions with sensitive data, to do so while minimizing the risk of exposure to the organization.

5. Advanced Analytical Reporting

Built-in advanced analytical reporting capabilities allow end-users the ability to generate on-demand historical reports on all data within the system to assist in identifying trends over time and forecasting future developments based upon the data collected.
