How do you handle data backup and disaster recovery in your Data Management solutions and protect sensitive information from unauthorized access

Our data management solutions have several safeguards in place to protect your, confidential information from loss or corruption and to ensure the ongoing operation of your organisation should a disaster occur. To that end, we provide you with the following:

1. Backup Of Your Data

To continue to keep your key business data available, we will perform regularly scheduled automated backups. Automated backups will be stored in a secure manner (cloud based & on-premises). In the event of a hardware issue or cyber incident, we do not want any loss of your important data.

2. Disaster Recovery Plan

Plan to keep your company running with our Disaster Recovery Plan. Each DR Plan will include the RPO and RTO to restore your data and applications quickly after the incident to maintain business continuity.

3. Secured Data for Your Business

To keep your organization’s data secure, we will encrypt all data (stored or in transit) to industry-standard encryption protocols (e.g., AES-256). If your information is intercepted, it will remain unreadable by anyone who is not authorized to see it.

4. Access Control and Authentication

Access to or alteration of sensitive information is restricted using Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The RBAC framework allows organizations to restrict users from accessing or modifying information unless they have permission to do so. RBAC also limits the likelihood that someone who does not have the proper credentials will be able to gain access to sensitive data.

5. Ongoing Monitoring and Auditing

Our team is continuously monitoring our data systems for potential security breaches. Our audit trail tracks every user who accesses, modifies, or deletes data.
